TYPES OF METALLIC CONVEYOR BELTS

	BALANCED (VB): has low final cost, high strength, tensile and straight movement. The articulation axle reinforces the conveyor belt structure, reducing to a minimum the longitudinal expansion and the transversal contraction, making it recommendable for transportation of several types of material.
	ELO FLEX: Largely used in the food industry for freezing, washing, cooking and transportation of meat, fish, vegetables and other foods. Manufactured with side links, they provide flexibility and homogeneity of movement both in a straight line and left and right bend.
	COMMON TYPE: Simply constructed, low cost and low-stretching force, they are recommended for light jobs, short distances, as their spirals are made of in one angular direction only, and for that reason, the conveyor belt tends to side-skid in contact to the terminal rollers. For longer conveyor belts, we recommend the sectional common type conveyor belt, as it eliminates the skidding tendency because of the way it is constructed.
	REINFORCED (VR): Their structure is exceptionally strong, with minimum longitudinal expansion and side contraction. They have high-stretching force and straight working course. Specially recommended for high temperature jobs.
	MULTIPLE (VM): Compact for its full sealed meshes, they are ideal for transport of small parts or where there is a need of flat surface. It has high-tensile strength.
	MULTI - FLEX: Ideal for transport of light wood, with maximum of open area. Specially recommended for cake icing because of little adherence surface to the covering dough.
	FLAT - FLEX: robustly made and has as its main characteristic the flat surface, large open area, easily cleaned and extremely flexible. Ideal for food and metallurgic industries, fishing and for other industrial segments.
	GRIL - FLEX: light weight, provide efficient operation, require little maintenance and easily cleaned. This type of conveyor belt requires appropriate gearing to work.
	CONTINENTAL: specially recommended for transport of biscuits, the Continental conveyor belts provide, for its constructive characteristics, a perfect cooking as they have full flat surface, big opening area which allows good circulation of heat with high level of efficiency in the oven.
